Welcome back, it’s been a while huh.
What Lucy Loves 3.0, a relaunch and little throwback to the old beauty blogging days. You might notice that not much of the design has changed but I’m hoping you’ll notice a difference in the content. I want to get back to a place where I enjoy writing about what I love and to update you more regularly on what I’m working on.
I’m hoping this posts finds you well and is a good distraction to what is currently happening in the world right now. It’s a crazy time and I’m currently looking for all the distractions and ways to keep me motivated and productive.

Expect to see old school beauty reviews, more professional makeup shoots and lifestyle posts thrown in-between.
I can’t wait to get back into a ~hopefully~ regular schedule again – if theres any posts you would like to see or topics you’d like me to cover, please let me know.

Whilst I’m here I thought I’d show you my current ‘working from home’ set up. I like to have a space thats practical, gives me motivation and looks pretty too.
I mainly work from my iMac desktop on a daily basis and have my MacBook for remote work (ie the mid afternoon sofa desk).
I have a metal grid panel that I’ve had since my uni days – it’s great for pinning inspirational quotes, photos, postcards etc on it. I absolutely love it and try to change up the photos and content each month to give my brain something new to look at. It’s a fun way of displaying your favourite things.
Whats a desk without a tray of non-essential items? I love this little marble tray but it usually ends up collecting dust, items I throw on during the day etc. However this time I’ve filled it with some of my favourite products, limited edition candles and hand gel.
Lastly you’ll find my two Kikki k Planners – I have one filled with inspiration, work content, mood boards and monthly layouts and the second is my work appointment diary (which sadly isn’t getting that much love at the moment).
I’d love to see your own ‘work from home’ desk set ups, as i’m always looking for new inspiration – tag me on instagram @whatlucyloves
