My current body routine involves dry brushing and a clay based wash, to clarify, refine and detox the skin. Mio’s newest body product comes in the form of a highly detoxing body cleanser. Clay Away £21* is a deeply gentle and light foaming clay cleanser, that removes impurities, with white and Rosa clay to clarify and refine. Matcha tea + Witch Hazel also soothes and rebalances the skin.
Fine and soft particles or mineral-rich White and Rosa Clay have a high absorption capacity, meaning they provide a gentle cleansing action, as well as feeding the skin moisture.
Matcha Tea contains a powerful antioxidant to restore, balance and neutralise the effects or impurities on the skin.
The Witch Hazel is rich in polyphenols and tannins, which is known to be a powerful antioxidant and a naturally astringent skincare ingredient to clarify pores.
I apply this versatile wash to wet skin all over your body and thoroughly rinse off. For a more intense treatment, apply to dry skin and leave for two minutes before washing away. I love using Clay Away this way as a mini body mask treatment.

Dry body brushing is my new favourite way to exfoliate the skin. Dry brushing the body stimulates blood flow for smooth, plump looking skin. It also helps with reducing the appearance of cellulite, as the natural boar bristle brush and massage nodules naturally shed the layers of dead skin cells that clog up the surface and appears dull.
I use the body brush before showering as a quick and efficient way to exfoliate the skin. This is great post tanning and to prevent ingrown hairs.
Have you ever used anything from Mio Skincare? I’m dying to try their New Heavenly Skin body scrub and Skin Tight body serum.
