Theres so many events this month that will have you craving all the sparkly eyeshadows, berry lips and glowing skin that can be seen from outer space!
This look was created by using all affordable products from Bourjois, using their new Christmas collection which will have you searching all your local drugstores to find.
So, if its your work Christmas party, Christmas eve with family or those New Year parties, here is my go-to perfect Christmas makeup look.
Lets get festive! [/pipdig_padded_text]

When it come to parties I like to prep my skin beforehand with hydrating masks, serums and exfoliating treatments. I have put together a little skincare edit to help you get party ready this festive season. My skin normally has a little freak out around this time of year but these products are the perfect combination to sooth my dehydrated skin, getting it party ready.
I always start with an oil cleanser; especially if I’m wearing makeup. The Caudalie cleansing oil is my favourite one. It contains almond oil, which helps to calm the skin, hydrate and cleanse. I then go in with a second cleanse, the Glossier milky jelly cleanser is super nourishing and feels incredible on the skin.
I have a couple of treatments that I like to do before a big night out. I always reach for the Alpha H Liquid Gold with Rose. This gently exfoliates the skin and preps the skin with a natural glow. I use Patchology Milk Peel face mask when I need my skin to look its best, it exfoliates and brightens the skin – it makes for the perfect makeup base.
I use the Omoressence underneath my serums to add extra hydration, it has a Hydro Mineral Transference System that transfers high-quality ingredients deep into the skin, making it the most perfect skin hydrator.
My favourite moisturiser of choice is the Glossier Priming Moisturiser Rich, perfect for anti-redness, intense hydration and also an ace primer. I have also found a new love; the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base. A primer, moisturiser combo that softens and cushions the skin ready for makeup.
As for the skin, Ameliorate body lotion is my favourite. I won’t use anything else, it exfoliates the skin as well as giving it a healthy glow. If your daring enough to wear dresses and skirts this winter then defiantly get some of this lotion on your legs for the ultimate smooth, healthy, glowy skin.

I created a look that required minimal products and was somewhat easy to create but still looked put together and effortless. The base is super simple, and the eyes are from one single palette. Heres how to get the perfect festive glow.
Bourjois’ Healthy Mix Foundation* is the perfect addition to any makeup collection, it gives the skin a radiance boost whilst enhancing the complexion with their fruit therapy formula. It contains; Apricot for radiance, Melon for hydration and Apple to protect your youth. This base is perfect at adding a flawless glow to the complexion.
As for concealer, I also reached for the Bourjois Healthy Mix Concealer* for under the eyes. It has a natural yellow undertone which is perfect for concealing dark circles and adding a radiance to the eye area.
As for the eyes I used the Bourjois Quad Eyeshadow* in Brilliant prunette I used the light cream shade all over the lids up to the brow bone then the berry pink tone in the crease and all over the lid, smoking it out to create a subtle wing. The dark brown shade at the bottom was used in the outer corner to deepen up the look. I used the middle sparkle shade over the lid to add a festive touch to the look. I am obsessed with this look and every time I wear it I get a lot of compliments. To finish the eyes, lashing of the Push Up Mascara* was applied.
A rosy glow was added to the cheeks using the Bourjois blusher, this shade is perfect for the festive season because it has gold shimmer running through it.
On my lips I opted to use the shade 10 from the Rouge Velvet range*. The rouge velvet range are super creamy and feel luxurious on the lips. I have two other shades in this range, 11 and 12 that are more red and burgundy shades. I went for the shade 10 for this look because it compliments the tone of the eye look.
