[pipdig_padded_text] Finally getting round to posting this haul. Back in September I visited New York for the third time, with a list as long as my arm of things to get from Sephora. Every time I go to the states I try to pick up brands that are hard to come by this side of the pond and my most recent trip didn’t disappoint. [/pipdig_padded_text]
I’d heard of IGK from various different beauty bloggers and picked up two of their best selling items. Jet Lag Invisible Dry Shampoo and Smoke & Mirrors Conditioning Cleansing oil. I’ve been trying them both out since my return from the states and on first impressions the dry shampoo is one of the best i’ve ever tried. It truly is invisible, smells incredible and it really holds in the hair throughout the day. The Smoke & Mirrors conditioning cleansing oil is a product i’m still yet to get the hang of. It feels weird to me that I only need to use this one product, to cleanse and condition my hair however i’m willing to give it more of a go.
I made a few repurchases whilst I was in Sephora because, well I just can’t be without these products. Bite Beauty Agave Lip Mask is a true hero product, I use this most nights before bed to hydrate my lips. I picked up another one as back up for when I run out. Elizabeth and James Nirvana White Rollerball fragrance, this is so handy to have in my purse and for when I’m travelling, it smells fresh and light.
The New Thing
I have always wanted to try the Too Faced Hangover X Primer and am I glad I did. It’s all I ever want from a primer, it’s hydrating, full of incredible ingredients such as coconut water to moisturise and add radiance to the skin. I will be sad when this runs out. Fresh Soy Face Cleanser, I’ve not had chance to try this cleanser properly since buying it but after trying a small sample during the summer I was inclined to pick up a travel size. I love the fresh brand and can’t wait to start using this within my skincare routine. Tarte Clay Foundation Stick, I sadly picked up a shade that is too light for me at the moment but come winter time I will be wearing this foundation non-stop. It’s full coverage, creamy and I like mixing it with other foundations over the top.
