As I am training to be a makeup artist, I am always looking to buy and try new products for my kit. Whether thats to replace an old favourite or save up for a new palette. I have put together 3 products that are currently on my makeup kit wish list, so I can share with you what i’ve been lusting over.
1. Pro Series Brow Palette (£90)
I have been wanting to get this palette for a long time now and I think it would be a great thing to have in my kit, it have every single shade possible for brows and this palette would work on pretty much everybody. It comes with a pretty big price tag so I better start saving now. I adore Anastasia Beverly Hills products and their brow range in particular works for everyone. This palette would also last quite a log time and I like the fact its all in one palette and not separated out into little pots like the individuals.
2. BBU Face Palette (£190)
Again this palette is really expensive but a staple piece for a makeup artist. This palette holds 13 shades of corrector, 14 shades of concealer and 20 shades of Bobbi Browns foundation sticks. This palette would work on all clients and again is a cult product for a makeup artist, it would save a lot of room in my kit as I have foundation, concealers and correctors all covered in one handy palette. Just a shame it costs nearly £200.
3. Ben Nye Luxury Loose Powder (£10.95)
Ben Nye is a brand that I work with a lot at university and I really like the formula and quality of their products. The luxury loose powders would be great for my kit as they come in various shades, at only £10.95 a piece these powders would be a staple in any makeup artist kit. I’m currently lusting over the shade banana for the under eye area.
Have you tried any of the products mentioned above?
Let me know if you’d like a part two to this post as I have a pretty long wish list.
