Review | Maybelline Baby Lips

I’m a little late on the bandwagon here but it has taken me a while to find the last two for my collection. After searching through what feels like every drugstore in the UK I can finally say I have the full collection.

Although people may think that baby lips are designed to be a lip balm, I would say they are more of a lip tint. They may seem moisturising at first but after a long period of time they can really dry your lips out, but I have to say that the tinted ones (Peach Kiss, Cherry Me and Pink Punch) only look nice and smooth on lips that are not chapped or damaged as they can really cling onto the dry areas.

Hydrate, Intense Care and Mint Fresh are all clear and act as a lip balm/hydrating lip product. I use intense care as a night balm and it really does treat my lips whilst I sleep, leaving them soft and moist.
However to me Mint Fresh isn’t anything special, it just smells minty and thats about it. The smell doesn’t last long either which is quite disappointing.
I have seen that in the US there is a new baby lips collection and I can’t wait to get my hands on them when I go to New York next year. (if they haven’t made there way over to the UK before hand)
Have you got all of the Baby lips collection? Do you like Baby lips?
